Our Pan-African Scholarship Program

WomenNOW! aims to organize women and girls of African and Indigenous descent to build a vigorous and more collective movement, assess and influence the content and execution of the international discourse on the intersections of HIV, Gender-based Violence, and sexual and reproductive wellbeing. That's why we've created our Pan-African Scholarship Program to train the community leaders and activists the world needs.

Bringing Women Together

The WomenNOW! Sexual and Reproductive Justice Continuum is a virtual, transnational organizing effort that seeks to create and establish a network of Black feminists across the globe.

Gradient

Our goal is to discuss critical issues which disproportionately affect our lives and communities, as well as advocacy efforts, and the future of reproductive justice. Issues such as white supremacy, neoliberal capitalism and colonialism, sexual and reproductive injustices, and global pandemics are at the forefront of determining the quality and dignity of our lives and struggles.

WOMENNOW EXPERIENCES

“I had the honor and benefit of both attending and planning Women Now! since its inaugural event in Durban, South Africa 2016. It is THE premier global event related to women and girls of the African diaspora's sexual and reproductive health, rights, and justice. I look forward to continuing to assist in any capacity.“

—  Danielle Campbel, Attended WomenNOW! 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019
